SFI to use Europlan IPO proceeds for M&A and debt repayment

SFI may use the proceeds from Europlan's IPO for potential M&A deals and debt repayment, said Oleg Andriyankin, deputy CEO of the holding. However, the purpose of Europlan's IPO is not money, but the realization of the strategy of bringing the holding's anchor assets to the public market, he noted. Company expects that the public status of the assets will make SFI's own valuation more transparent and objective.
