Tinkoff entered in register of DFA issuance operators

Bank of Russia has included Tinkoff Bank in the register of operators of information systems for the issuance of digital financial assets. Prior to that, the register included 10 operators of information systems for issuing digital financial assets, including the Atomize platform, whose investors include Vladimir Potanin's Interros Group, a beneficiary of Tinkoff Bank.
