Astra has set the lower boundary of the SPO

Price of placement of Astra shares within the SPO will not be less than ₽550 per paper. At the same time, it is not expected to exceed the closing price of the last trading day of the order book - April 18. Major shareholder Denis Frolov intends to sell 10.5-21 million shares during the SPO, which is 5-10% of the company's authorized capital. At the moment the order book is covered within the announced deal size and the specified price target.
