Astra has clarified the price of the share placement

Astra will execute applications for participation in the SPO at ₽555 per share. Speech about the upper boundary of the range at the closing price of the last day of collection of applications is no longer in question, the company notes. Group's major shareholder Denis Frolov will sell 21 million shares to the SPO participants, which is 10% of the company's authorized capital. SPO will allow the company to qualify for the first level of the Moscow Exchange listing, as well as to get into the Moscow Exchange Index.
