Ministry of Energy proposes that the government set the cost of RusHydro's 360 MW Vladivostok TPP-2 modernization at ₽63.6 billion, which is only ₽0.6 billion lower than the company's own proposal. Power company launched the first 120MW unit late on April 1 without approved CAPEX, so it gets a low capacity tariff. Now RusHydro is asking regulators to recalculate payments at the higher rate retroactively.
