Arbitration Court of Moscow refused to consider the claim of Qiwi Bank demanding to recognize as invalid the agreement of purchase and sale of shares of JSC "Kiwi", as well as the pledge agreement and encumbrances in respect of these shares. Claim was filed by the Deposit Insurance Agency, which performs the functions of the bank's temporary administration after the revocation of the license.
