UTair sold 91.08% in Peruvian Helicopteros

UTair Aviation has sold 91.08% in Peruvian helicopter operator Helicopteros del Sur S.A., according to the group's 2023 IFRS financial statements. Company reported a gain on the disposal of the asset of ₽1.61 billion. Expected cash consideration is ₽929.49 million. Transaction took place back in June 2022. It is not specified to whom the stake was sold.
