Ozon rents logopark for 150,000 sq. m. in Nizhny Novgorod

Ozon will build a logopark in Nizhny Novgorod with an area of almost 150,000 sq. m. Central Properties investment company and MBM development group have agreed on the construction. The online retailer will become a tenant of the site after the facility is put into operation at the end of 2025, Vedomosti writes, referring to a representative of NF Group, which acted as a consultant for this transaction.
