The head of the Supervisory Board of the Moscow Exchange Sergey Shvetsov proposed to allocate a separate list of companies that do not take into account the interests of minority investors. Shvetsov explained that we are talking about such companies in which "the state's share is quite large, the issues of setting KPIs, setting wages through directives have gone to the government."
