Cyprus broker Roemer Capital (Europe) Limited has issued an offer for the purchase of American depositary shares of CYAN at a significant discount for investors who own securities through Euroclear Bank. The buyout volume may reach up to 13.78 million, which corresponds to 19.7% of the company's share. The price of CYAN's receipts on the Moscow Exchange by the close of trading on May 22 was 987.6 rubles per joke, or about $11. Roemer Capital offered the price of buying all the receipts ' securities at $7.4 apiece. The application can be submitted until June 24, and the deadline for completing settlements on transactions is set for July 8.
