TMK will reduce capital expenditures by 34% year-on-year in 2024. Target for the company's capex for this year is ₽27 bln compared to ₽41 bln in 2023. To maintain current capacities, TMK plans to allocate ₽18 bln for maintenance and ₽9 bln for development.
