Government will allocate almost ₽400 billion from the National Welfare Fund for Gazprom's gas processing project in Ust-Luga. Project envisages construction of facilities for annual processing of 45 billion cubic meters of gas, production and shipment of 13 million tons of LNG, 3.6 million tons of ethane and up to 1.8 million tons of liquefied hydrocarbon gases.
