Astra will implement the strategy of import substitution and development of information technologies in the executive authorities of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra. Corresponding agreement was signed during the XV International IT-Forum with the participation of BRICS and SCO countries. Parties also agreed to involve the company's experts in profile working groups, educational, enlightenment and other programs aimed at popularization of Russian software.
