Non-residents put 1.3% of MTS shares on offer

MTS has received non-resident bids to buy back 26.25 million shares, or 1.31% of its capital. Company will purchase the entire amount of ₽2.5 billion, and no pro rata allocation will be applied. MTS may also in the future consider various options for structuring the repurchase of shares from the company's shareholders who, for one reason or another, did not participate in the tender offer.
