Samolet is working on the economic efficiency of sites in the Moscow region

Land portfolio of Samolet in Moscow Region has reached the optimal size of 18 mln sq. m. and there are no plans to increase it, said Alexander Kanivets, Managing Partner of Samolet Moscow Region, in a big interview to RIA Real Estate. In plans - work on increase of economic efficiency of sites, and the developer is even ready to say goodbye to a part of land plots by selling them to other companies. Already today Samolet has put up 6-7 offers.
