Etalon Group's sales in the first half increased 2-fold

Etalon Group's real estate sales for 6 months of 2024 amounted to 384.6 thousand square meters, up 2.1 from 184.28 thousand a year earlier. In monetary terms, sales volume grew 2.3 times to ₽78.59 billion. Number of contracts signed doubled to 7,459. Cash receipts increased by 70% to ₽47.93 billion. Average sales price of residential properties increased by 22% to ₽269.87 thousand per square meter.
