ICPAO Headhunter to launch new HeadHunter receipt exchange

ICPAO Headhunter plans to offer HeadHunter minority shareholders to exchange their securities for ICPAO shares on August 12. Now the company is in the process of getting a listing on the Moscow Exchange. Start of trading is scheduled for September 23. Delisting of HeadHunter's ADR from Moscow Exchange is expected to take place on September 27.
