Rusagro is planning to export up to 10,000 tons of pork to China in 2024, and supplies have already begun, Rusagro Deputy General Director Alexander Tarasov said during an online conference. So far, deliveries are made from the group's Tambov enterprises. By the end of the year, the company expects to receive certification for the Primorsky cluster as well. Prices in China are 10-20% higher than in Russia. Therefore, supplies even from the center of Russia will be justified from an economic point of view.
