Magnit closed a deal to buy 33% of Samberi

Retailer Magnit became the owner of 33.01% of the hypermarket chain in the Far East Samberi, as follows from the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Earlier it was reported that under the terms of the deal Magnit also received an option to buy out the remaining share of the regional retailer within 5 years. Chain Samberi has 30 hypermarkets and 31 supermarkets in 9 cities in the Far East.
