Non-residents bought ₽8.1 billion worth of securities from private investors

Non-residents bought ₽8.1 billion worth of foreign securities as part of an asset swap with Russian private investors. Foreigners bought out only 23% of the offered volume, as new sanctions were imposed by foreign regulators during the bid collection period and buyers need additional time to study the procedure and assess risks. Organizer of trades considers possibility to hold additional round of foreign securities sale.
