Moscow Exchange may become a broker

Moscow Exchange wants to buy its own brokerage company, Kommersant sources said. Due to legal restrictions, the exchange cannot obtain a brokerage license for itself, but it is not prohibited to own such a company. Such a purchase will increase the overall margin of the business, but the consequence may be a conflict with brokers.
