Value of concluded contracts of developer Etalon in July 2024 reached ₽12.2 billion, cash receipts increased to ₽8.5 billion. These are the highest July figures in the company's public history. Sales in volume terms totaled 43,400 square meters, surpassing the same monthly figures of the past three years.
