Globaltrans' Board of Directors has decided to delist the company's securities from the Moscow Exchange, SPB Exchange and London Stock Exchange. In connection with the delisting, the company is preparing an offer to Russian security holders at a price of ₽520 per receipt, which corresponds to a 10% premium to the closing price on September 12, 2024 at the main trading session on the Moscow Exchange. Parameters of the offer will be considered at the shareholders' meeting on September 30.
