Lukoil's GCC in Budennovsk is valued at ₽160 billion

Project of Lukoil's gas chemical complex in the town of Budennovsk in Stavropol region is estimated at ₽160 billion, said Ivan Kovalev, Minister of Energy, Industry and Communications of the region. Complex will process gas into ammonia and further into urea. Realization of the project will take about 5 years. Expected production capacity is 1.75 million tons per year.
