Trading volume on SPB Exchange in the 1st half of the year decreased 34 times

Trading volume on SPB Exchange, including repo transactions, for 6 months of 2024 amounted to ₽0.101 trillion, down 34 times from ₽3.43 trillion a year earlier. Average monthly number of active customer accounts decreased 4.5 times to 45.8 thousand. At the same time, the number of clients with open positions in securities increased by 5% to 2.2 million, compared to 2.1 million a year ago.
