Rusagro Group has increased its stake in Agro-Belogorie Group from 22.5% to 47.5%, according to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. At the same time, Vladimir Zotov's share decreased from 72.5% to 47.5%. Rusagro declined to comment, noting only that this is a process within the framework of legal proceedings due to the decision of Agro-Belogorye's co-owners to withdraw from the agreement on the intention to merge assets with Rusagro.
