RBC has become the owner of Radio Rox LLC, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. This company owns the 102.0 FM radio frequency in St. Petersburg. Timofey Shcherbakov, RBC's deputy general director, described the acquisition of this asset as a natural investment on the media market, which is clear for the holding company, but refused to disclose its amount and plans for the asset's development.
