VTB withdrew from the capital of First Freight Company

VTB sold First Freight Company at a good profit for the bank. However, the transaction did not have a significant impact on the capital and expected annual profit. Name of the buyer and the amount of the deal are not disclosed. At the time of the acquisition, Freight One was valued at over ₽200 billion, including the company's debt to the bank.
