Several vessels in the shadow LNG fleet are out on the road after being idle for the past two months. In the Western Arctic near Murmansk, the newly built gas carrier Mulan called at Saam FSU over the weekend, likely to reload the LNG it had previously offloaded in late September. In the Far East, the gas carrier Pioneer left Nakhodka Bay on December 20 heading north, probably bound for the Koryak region of the former Soviet Union in southern Kamchatka.
