VTB completes rebranding of Otkritie branches

VTB completed the transfer of Otkritie Bank branches under its own brand. Integration of the two banks in terms of the office network started in December 2023 and resulted in 245 branches in 60 regions of Russia changing their signage. Otkritie Bank itself ceased its operations on January 1, 2025 through reorganization in the form of a merger with BM-Bank owned by VTB.
