Fix Price is implementing a system to monitor the quality of interaction between cashiers and customers. Technology records audio data from cash registers and transmits it to the data processing center, where the system evaluates key aspects of interaction with customers and identifies conflict situations. When such situations are detected, a notification is automatically sent to the store manager for prompt response. At the end of 2024, the solution was implemented in 20 stores, and in the first quarter of 2025 the coverage will expand to 200 outlets.
