Developer Samolet started realization of the first project in Ufa - residential complex Urban Martin. Total area of the development site is 32.6 hectares, on which it is planned to build 304 thousand square meters of housing and 18 thousand square meters of commercial infrastructure. Within the framework of the first stage the company intends to build two buildings with a total area of more than 26 thousand sq. m.
