Gas production at the giant offshore Zohr gas field in Egypt, where Rosneft's share in production is 17.6%, has started to recover. After a noticeable decline in 2023, last year the volume could grow by 12% to 25.5 bcm. Earlier, the Egyptian authorities promised to increase gas production by 2025, and the project operator, Italy's Eni, resumed drilling at the field.
