Developer Etalon started sales in the new block 11.2 of Solnechny residential district, one of the most promising and dynamically developing districts of Yekaterinburg. Block consists of five sections of variable storey: two sections have 16 floors and three sections have up to 11 floors. Total sellable area of the project is more than 1.8 million square meters, and the total sales proceeds are almost ₽300 billion.
