SmarTechGroup's Board of Directors set the price of the additional share issue at ₽1.89 per share. In mid-January, the company's shareholders decided to place 745 million additional shares by private subscription in favor of Promsvyazbank. Exact number of redeemable shares will be determined by the bank independently, and all outstanding shares of the additional issue will be redeemed. Earlier it was reported that Promsvyazbank intends to increase its stake in the company to 25%.
