Court overturned the seizure of SMZ securities from buyers of shares on Moscow Exchange

Arbitration Court of Appeal in Perm partially overturned the decision of the Arbitration Court of Perm Krai to seize the shares of minority shareholders of Solikamsk Magnesium Plant in favor of the state. Court dismissed the claim against those shareholders who purchased the shares at organized trading on the stock exchange.
