Rostelecom, a developer of integrated solutions for accepting Pay2Me payments, presented a pilot project of a domestic secure payment terminal based on the Aurora OS. The largest credit institutions and retailers have shown interest in introducing this product. About 4.1 million bank payment terminals are used in Russia. Almost all the hardware runs on foreign operating systems such as Android or its AOSP derivative.
