Board of Directors of M.Video has approved the prospectus for the additional issue of shares by open subscription. Maximum volume of the placement will be 1.5 billion ordinary shares. Actual size of the issue will be determined by the market depending on the price and demand. A number of major shareholders have already confirmed their participation in the additional issue. It is planned to complete the key stages of the placement by the end of 2025.
