Bulgarian Economy Minister Petar Dilov considers the sale of Lukoil's assets possible, but believes that this requires additional time and it will take about 12 months to assess their value alone. Dilov welcomed the idea that the assets, primarily the Lukoil Neftochim Burgas refinery, should be acquired by a Bulgarian energy Holding, but this issue is not currently on the agenda. Currently, the republic is focused on the introduction of external management of the Lukoil asset to ensure their operation under the conditions of sanctions.
