MFC Zaymer intends to acquire 50% in the digital service Taxiagregator and 50% of the online payment acceptance and financial management platform IntellectMoney. A single digital technology service, Taxiagregator, unites more than 1,000 taxi companies and more than 75,000 drivers, and the IntellectMoney platform is capable of processing more than 50,000 transactions daily. Acquisition of the services will allow MFC Zymer to enter new segments of the financial market and significantly strengthen its position in the markets of fintech services and digital solutions for businesses.
