APRI's net profit under IFRS for the first 9 months of 2024 was ₽1.497 billion, down 16.4% from ₽1.791 billion in the previous year. Revenue increased 112.7% to ₽14.124 billion from ₽6.64 billion a year earlier.

APRI's RAS net profit for 9 months of 2024 amounted to ₽4.2 million, down 53 times from ₽222.5 million in the previous year. Revenue grew 10-fold to ₽885.3 million against ₽89.5 million a year earlier.

Real estate sales by developer APRI for 9 months of 2024 amounted to ₽13.45 billion, up 31% year-on-year. In volume terms, the figure rose 6% to 115,300 square meters. Share of mortgage transactions decreased by 26.4 p.p. to 63.6%.

APRI's Board of Directors early terminated the powers of Evgeny Kozlov, CEO of the company, and elected Sergey Shal to this position. He joined APRI in 2024 as Managing Director. Prior to that, Mr. Shal worked in the government of the Chelyabinsk Region, holding the position of Deputy Governor of the region.
