Fiat Chrysler and Peugeot S. A. have completed their merger into the automobile alliance Stellantis. The new company's shares will begin trading on Euronext in Paris and Mercato Telematico Azionario in Milan on Jan. 18, 2021, and on the NYSE on Jan. 19, 2021, under the ticker STLA.
