Board of Directors of NOVATEK recommended that dividends be paid for 2022 in the amount of ₽60.58 per ordinary share. The last day of the purchase of securities to receive dividends is April 28, 2023. Dividend yield may amount to 5.64%.

Novatek's net income under RAS for 2022 was ₽640.36 billion, having doubled from ₽318.32 billion in the previous year. Revenue rose 10.3% to ₽804.69 billion versus ₽729.73 billion a year earlier.
