Ozon in Q1 2024 processed 305.3 million orders, up 70% from 179.3 million in the previous year. Number of active buyers increased 32% to 49 million. GMV reached ₽570.18 billion, up 88% from ₽303.05 billion a year earlier. Marketplace share rose 5.7pc to 85.2% of GMV.

Ozon's IFRS loss for 3 months of 2024 amounted to ₽13.166 billion, against a profit of ₽10.656 billion in the previous year. Revenue rose 31.8% to ₽122.93 billion against ₽93.25 billion a year earlier.

Ozon has launched a service to deliver popular e-grocery goods within 30 minutes. For this purpose, the marketplace opens smaller-format darkstores and engages couriers not only in cars, but also on bicycles. In Moscow and the Moscow region, 20 such mini-darkstores have been opened, and it is planned to increase their number several times by the end of 2024.
