Resulting from the merger of French automaker Groupe PSA and Italian-American automaker Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, the group includes 14 brands: Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot, Ram and Vauxhall. It is registered in the Netherlands.

Stellantis in cooperation with Toyota Motor Europe will create a new large commercial van for the European market. The vehicle will be presented as an all-electric one, as well as with an internal combustion engine. The van will be produced under the Toyota brand at Stellantis plants in Poland and Italy. Production of the first vehicle is planned for 2024.

Stellantis and Samsung SDI will build a new battery manufacturing plant in Indiana, sources told Reuters. The facility will be located next to Stellantis' engine, casting and transmission plants in Kokomo.

Stellantis acquires the European car sharing service Share Now from BMW and Mercedes-Benz. Share Now offers access to 180,000 vehicles in more than 150 European cities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
