Stellantis is a multinational automotive manufacturing corporation. Resulting from the merger of French automaker Groupe PSA and Italian-American automaker Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, the group includes 14 brands: Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot, Ram and Vauxhall. It is registered in the Netherlands.

Stellantis in cooperation with Toyota Motor Europe will create a new large commercial van for the European market. The vehicle will be presented as an all-electric one, as well as with an internal combustion engine. The van will be produced under the Toyota brand at Stellantis plants in Poland and Italy. Production of the first vehicle is planned for 2024.
