Vyborg Shipbuilding Plant can place up to 2.8 million additional ordinary shares by closed subscription among the shareholders of the plant who own ordinary shares of the company. Shareholders will discuss this proposal of the Board of Directors at a meeting to be held on January 23, 2026.

Vyborg Shipbuilding Plant has completed the placement of an additional issue on a closed subscription in favor of the United Shipbuilding Corporation, which it began in 2022. Of the 2,616,662 ordinary shares of the additional issue, only 938,545 securities were placed. Placement price is ₽5,858 per share.

Loss of Vyborg Shipyard under IFRS for 6 months of 2025 amounted to ₽1.17 billion against a profit of ₽0.044 billion in the previous year. Revenue decreased by 44.3% to ₽5.22 billion from ₽9.38 billion a year earlier.
