Vyborg Shipyard's RAS net profit for 6 months of 2026 amounted to ₽0.85 billion, which is 30.3% lower compared to ₽1.22 billion in the previous year. Revenue decreased by 30.7% to ₽3.62 billion compared to ₽5.22 billion a year earlier.

Net profit of Vyborg Shipbuilding Plant according to RAS for 2025 amounted to 141.6 million rubles, a decrease of 5.5 times compared to 783.6 million rubles in the previous year. Revenue decreased by 31.6% to ₽11.15 billion from ₽16.3 billion a year earlier.

Shareholders of Vyborg Shipbuilding Plant have decided to place up to 2.8 million additional ordinary shares by closed subscription among the shareholders of the plant who own ordinary shares of the company. Price of the securities placement will be determined later.
