Nornickel reduced metal output in the first nine months of 2025. Nickel production declined by 4% to 140 thousand tonnes, and copper output fell by 4% to 313 thousand tonnes. Palladium output decreased by 6% to 2.016 million ounces, and platinum by 7% to 484 thousand ounces. The company confirmed its full-year production guidance.

Nornickel CEO Vladimir Potanin told the Russian president that the company fully covers the country’s demand for rare metals, including platinum group metals and gold. Surplus volumes are exported.
