TMK's subsidiary, Volzhsky Pipe Plant, announced that it had bought back 358,758,064 shares of its parent company at ₽61 for paper. The deadline for accepting the offer is 70 days from the date of its receipt by TMK Pipe Metallurgical Company. The voluntary offer was submitted to the Bank of Russia on 30 April 2020, after eliminating earlier violations.
